Den bedste tzatziki
Når du spiser tzatziki, tænker du måske, at det er vildt kompliceret at lave på grund af den fantastiske og helt igennem syrlige smag, der kan få de flestes munde til at løbe i vand, men det er det faktisk slet ikke. Selvfølgelig handler det om at prøve sig frem og finde ud af, hvordan du bedst selv kan lide den, men ingredienserne og måden at lave det på er såre simpelt.
For at lave tzatziki skal du blot bruge 10 minutter, en agurk, 4 fed hvidløg, 500 gram græsk yoghurt med 10 % fedt og noget salt og peber, og så har du tzatziki til intet mindre end fire hele personer.
Du skal blot rive agurken, presse hvidløget, tilsætte yoghurten, smage til med salt og peber og røre godt rundt. Når den derefter har stået på køl i et par timer, er den klar til at blive spist.
Der er der altså ingen undskyldning for ikke at lave den lækre ret til dit næste måltid, og det er bare om at komme i gang!
